Traditional telephony solutions are based on proprietary hardware that were designed for last generation computers, less reliable systems that lack computing power by today's standard. These systems are hard to install, difficult to use, and cost thousands of dollars.

Voicent's approach is different. Our technical breakthroughs enable Voicent telephony software to run on a voice modem that can be installed or connected easily to a desktop computer. In fact, many new PCs have voice modem pre-installed. By using off-the-shelf hardware that is  widely used and normally cost below fifty dollars, Voicent is able to offer powerful communication solutions to our customers at unbelievable prices.

No need for internet connection

Your PC does not need to be connected to the internet for Voicent system to work. All you need to do is plug the phone line into the modem port. You can also share the same phone line with your regular telephone.

No Monthly fee. No per call charge

Unlike hosted telephony solutions that charge monthly fees, Voicent software runs on your PC.  Once the software license is purchased, it is yours to use forever. You'll never have to pay any monthly fees.

Since the calls are made by your PC using your regular phone line, there is no per call charge. (You might need to pay long distance charges to your phone company).

Key Features

Automatic outbound calls

With a built-in call scheduler, Voicent AutoReminder and BroadcastByPhone make all the outbound calls automatically. You can specify calls for recurring events.

Multiple phone lines

Starting with Release 3, Voicent software supports multiple phone lines through installing multiple modems in a single computer.

Personalized message

Individual message can be tailored for each phone call, for example, appointment reminder call automatically contains appointment date, time, and customized fields. With an intuitive Message Designer, you can customize your telephone message any way you wanted.

Touch tone response

Touch tone response is available in the current 2.0 release. It is ideal for appointment confirmation, customer telephone survey, and many other applications.

Speech recognition

Speech command simplifies interaction and is more user friendly. Instead of press a key, user can say the command for appropriate response.

Voice Message

Another form of response is to let user leave a voice message after hearing your message. These voice messages can be easily accessed from AutoReminder or BroadcastByPhone.

Speech synthesis

Speech synthesis, or text-to-speech, enables your text message spoken over the phone by your computer. This feature is useful for including flexible text fields, such as appointment date and time,  that vary from message to message.

Easy to use user interface

Voicent AutoReminder and BroadcastByPhone are so easy to use, it virtually requires no training at all.

Call scheduler

A call scheduler allows calls, including recurring calls, to be started at a later time.

Web interface. Command line interface

Access Voicent AutoReminder from any other computer using a browser. It is also a standard way for other software to integrate with Voicent products.
