Group Announcements

Using Voicent AutoReminder, you can easily set up group announcements by phone. Use it for your monthly sports game reminders, political campaign promotions, and emergency notifications.

Invoke the New Appointment Dialog by double click on the calendar area, the icon on the toolbar, or New Appointment menu item from the main menu.

2. Setup event  time

The time might be the time the game starts. The exact time might not be important for group announcements.

4. Set the announcements

If you have Professional version, see Customize messages to setup your announcement message. Otherwise, go to step 5 for including your text message or audio message.

5. Click Next, Set the announcement

See Include Text Using Text-to-Speech if you want to have your announcements read by your computer.

See Include Audio if you want to include an audio message.

6. Click Finish
