How to broadcast a message
over the phone
It is extremely easy to broadcast a voice message to a large group
of people using Voicent BroadcastByPhone.

1. Create call list
To create a call list, simply type in names and
phone numbers in the spreadsheet-like window. You can also
copy-paste your call list from a spreadsheet program, such as
Microsoft Excel. You can save your call list by clicking the save
button.
The name column is optional.
There is no need to fill the call status column. It is automatically
filled by the software when calls are finished.
2. Record your voice message
For testing purpose, you can skip this step and use the sample audio
file come with the software.
There are a few methods to record your audio message. You can use
telephone recording, computer microphone recording, or a
professional recording studio. For details, please see
Audio Recording FAQ.
3. Start calling
The Start/Schedule broadcast dialog can be invoked
from the main menu Broadcast --> Start/Schedule. To start
broadcast right away, select the Start Now radio button. If the
broadcast audio file is not specified, click the Browse button to
specify the path to a .wav file.
